Workshop
This movement and dance workshop will be a joint process of awakening our bodies through play. Mentor Ena Kurtalić will share various exercises and tools that she uses while working with actors and creating a movement score. Through a playful yet focused approach, participants will engage in physical exercises, improvisation and dance elements that awaken the imagination and deepen bodily presence.
We will also focus how to respond to group energy, lead with intention and follow with awareness.
