A man in dialogue with a robotic sculpture. As if they met somewhere. Is reciprocity between man and interactive system possible at all?
The performance aims to explore the possibilities of human empathy and of creating a new space within a machine’s dominant presence. Examining the modalities of the relationship with the non-human agent, the performer proposes a culture of dialogue with the sculpture. Without them having met before.
To become or remain a vulnerable body, a system of fluids and microelectronic impulses. To restore the sculpture’s dignity by establishing an egalitarian dual presence.
